Terms and Conditions

1. The Merry Money Month 1,000,000 EUR is a network promotion operated by Playson that runs between 00:00 UTC on 01.12.2024 and 31.12.2024 until 23:59 UTC.

2. During this promotional period, Playson offers nonstop engagement for players with two concurrent promotions:

• Tournaments: A total of 250,000 EUR in prizes, split into three tournaments:
  • Tournament 1: 01.12.2024 - 10.12.2024: 50,000 EUR.
  • Tournament 2: 11.12.2024 - 20.12.2024: 50,000 EUR.
  • Grand Tournament: 21.12.2024 - 31.12.2024: 150,000 EUR.
• Daily Races: 25,000 EUR every day, totaling 750,000 EUR.

3. Participating games are:

• 25 Cookies: Hit The Bonus.
• Jingle Coins: Hold and Win.
• Merry Giftmas: Hold and Win.

4. Minimum bet to play in any of the promotions is: 0.2 EUR or currency equivalent.

5. Mechanics:

• Tournament: Every 1 EUR bet equals 100 points.
• Daily Races: Every 1x win multiplier equals 10 points (win/bet = win multiplier).

Compensation System

1. All prizes are deducted from the GGR before invoice regardless of the percentage of Bonus deduction according to the contract.

2. Additionally, the Insurance feature ensures that if the total winnings of all players of one customer exceed 10% of the prize fund, the excess amount is deducted directly from the invoice.

Example:

We have a Tournament with a prize fund of 50,000 EUR:

• The players from "Operator 1" (wlcode) have won 10,000 EUR of prizes, and the players from "Operator 2" have won 2,500 EUR of prizes.
• 10% of the prize fund is 5,000 EUR. For "Operator 1," 5,000 EUR will be deducted from GGR and 5,000 EUR directly from the License Fee. For "Operator 2," 2,500 EUR will be deducted from GGR.
